RB Massey Fun Day

On Sunday 23rd June, we will be hosting our RB Massey Fun Day! The day will consist of a parent/child tournament in the morning, an adult tournament in the afternoon with refreshments available throughout the day. Please see below for full details.
Parent/Child Team Tournament
- Sunday 23rd June
- 1100-1300
- Free entry
This tournament will be played as a fun and light hearted event on a mini red tennis court, for any juniors aged ten or under. If your child would like to play but you don’t want to, we have some coaches on hand to step in and play too!
There are 16 places on a first come, first served basis. The 16 entries will then be split into four teams on the day.
There will be a BBQ at the end of the tournament for all children and adults to grab something to eat!

RB Massey Trophy
- Sunday 23rd June
- 1400-1600
- £5 entry
This will be run in the same format as our normal Sunday tournaments, with a round robin consisting of five rounds and the top two scoring ladies and men progressing to a mixed final.
There are 24 spaces in the tournament, again on a first come, first served basis. You must enter in advance using the link below.
We will then be relighting the BBQ at the end of the tournament.
Floodlights
The RB Massey Memorial Trust are providing the majority of the funding required for the installation of floodlights going ahead later this year. We therefore think this will be a suitable day to show our plans for our tennis club with floodlights.
As such, even if you aren’t planning on participating in either tournament, we invite you to come down and take a look, watch some tennis and have a bite to eat too!
